On February 12, 2025, Longfellow proposed Alternative 1 and 2 to the community. The best option is Alternative 2 of 2.86 million sq ft. A summary of the changes to the original plan 3.3 million sq ft. is given below.

• Remove 3 buildings

• Reduce life science by 459,000 SF

• Reduce building heights at high point of site

• Increase some building setbacks from the SE property line (105 FT-625 FT)

• Increase building setbacks from Slough (to 160 FT)

• Move Longfellow lane

• Lower garage height, reduces size and moves away from property line

• Move amenity center closer

• Increase greenway width and public open space (35 acres)

The Alternative 2 is still too MASSIVE AND NEEDS FURTHER SHRINKAGE!!
